Limited Warranty

 NAUTICAL WASTE SOLUTIONS warrants to the original purchaser that the Product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the product's date of purchase.

This warranty is valid provided that the product has been installed by a qualified Marine Engineer, Electrician and/or Shipwright and the Installation Certificate has been completed and returned to the supplier within 30 days of installation, certifying that the Product has been tested and installed in accordance with N.W.S's recommendations.

Other specific conditions are stated in the warranty supplied with each Product.

Please note that the pumps supplied as part of these systems are separately warranted by their manufacturer.
